Many Customers are surprised when they call our store for two Reasons:
- First, they are surprised we are located in Pickering Ontario.
- Second, they are shocked that we know what part they need and have it in stock.
... and that is all according to our plan.
Selling plumbing repair parts on-line and at parts desks since 2004, we established our current unique store environment encompassing 5,000 square feet of plumbing stock Marketplace, 4,000 square feet of Showroom and an additional 30,000 square feet of warehouse space in Pickering, Ontario in 2016.
The Parts Marketplace in Store
The Plumbers Supply store evolved to what it is today through hard work, listening carefully to customers and reacting positively to Opportunities and Downturns in the economy with equal enthusiasm. Our goal is to be the best and most unique plumbing supply store in Canada. Located in Pickering, we are close enough to Toronto for you to come and visit, but far enough away to be able to afford the space that our venture requires. With our warehouse stock and our team of experts, we are confident to say that if we don't stock it or can’t source it, then no one can.
The Showroom at Plumbers Supply
The Showroom at Plumbers Supply features over 500 linear feet of display space – providing designers and homeowners an environment to select and test what items are best for their projects in a comfortable and unique new setting. Displays of Faucets, Fixtures and Accessories are presented from a selection of brands including American Standard, Grohe, Vogt, Cabano, Aquabrass, Disegno, Rubi and Rohl.
Serving unique needs and supporting unique projects
Over the years, surviving the pandemic, improvements and expansions in new products, and with the ever-changing technological landscape, we have become more and more efficient; and have also realized that the most important aspect of our lives is TIME.
Time has become very valuable .... and we are now, more than ever, focused on being the type of innovative team that not only serves customers with enthusiasm and flare, but that saves customers TIME as well as MONEY.
Using every advantage that today's technology affords our team, we can assist customers in store, across the street, across the province or across the country.

We have access to all parts manufacturers worldwide - and are the authorized distributors for most of the Major Brands of plumbing manufacturers in North America. We, Plumbers Supply, recognize that we are conducting business on the traditional lands of the Huron-Wendat, Mississauga, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishinabe, and the Ho-de-no-sau-nee-ga (Haudenosaunee) people.
